Halfway Day
Vet School at Massey is steeped in tradition, and one of our most exciting is our half way day celebration. Half way through our third year, after 2.5 years of hard work and dedicated study we try to fulfil the second half or our “work hard play hard motto”. In order to play as hard as we study our whole class piles onto a few busses and head to Taupo. In the North Island’s adventure capital we skydive, river-raft, or hit the spa to spend some quality time together. The money we earn selling our Barely There Calendar is the main funding for busses, accommodation, and food on our trip.
